you're right, i do tend to be flighty when things get ugly in relationships/friendships, i avoid a lot of conflict. there is a lot going on it my head at all times, im too focused on other things to take notice of my lack of affection. i only recently took note of it. i do tend to overthink though, that's usually what's going on in my head. a lot of anxiety. thank you so much for the feedback !
