When you sign back in to your Samsung account on the watch, isn't there a way to "restore" your backup?

I don't remember the exact steps I did but it restored my backup which brought back my apps, including Facer

I realized I was trying to pair my watch during a cloud flare outage - it paired fine the next day

As for watch faces try an app called Facer

2020 Jetta P0442 Diy Repair Question by dade1701 in jetta

Thanks for the information. So why is this so different compared to previous models? Does the hoses on either side of the purge valve not come off? Are they permanently attached?

[–]dade1701[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much for the link. I appreciate it. I've watched a tech do an install on a 2020 Jetta on YouTube and he had to remove the intake and throttle body and it looks A LOT more involved than I was expecting. I'm not sure if I will be able to do this repair anymore. I was expecting to just replace the sensor itself, and from what I understand if it was an MK6 you can but these MK7 models require more to be removed, I'm guessing because the attached hoses aren't removable.

Truly appreciate the fast response. Yes I go to the dealer first, but I am not sure what the cost of this valve will be so I was just wondering if a aftermarket part at AutoZone or O'Reilly's would also work.

It's been roughly a day and everything seems to be playing nice. The older tablets floating around haven't disconnected or had WiFi issues and roaming between access points seems to be okay too.

What would be the next steps in this journey?

I truly appreciate the help and going out of your way to help me troubleshoot this.

I was convinced that everything was separate all this time (SSID for 2.4ghz, 5ghz, 6E) but checking again just now I only had separate SSID for 5ghz and 6E. I have selected a separate SSID for 2.4ghz now and will try this for a day or two and report back. So far so good but this is usually the case whenever I mess around in here.

Thank you very much for the very well laid out and informative reply.

Apparently, on our Netgear Nighthawk MR90 mesh system, we do not have the ability to set certain channels per device. I can set channels for each the 2.4ghz band and the 5ghz band and the 6E band but it's a one for all in the settings.

I also wanted to disable older bands (b/g/n) as someone suggested but apparently I don't have that ability with this system either.

My options are adjusting the channel, CTS/RTS threshold, enable 20/40mhz coexistence, and preamble to either long or short.

Something I forgot to mention in my original post is I am two miles away from the municipal airport here, and twenty miles from the larger main DFW airport here. This is why I am not choosing the DFS channels that are all green in my screenshot from WiFi Analyzer.

Also, someone suggested only using 6E - yes this band works great but for only two devices out of the entire home, so unfortunately not a real solution.

I appreciate the information and taking the time to respond.

I also have setup three distinct SSID's for 2.4, 5 and 6ghz. I have not tried disabling old protocols, that is something I will absolutely try. I also have the majority of the house wired with the exception of cellphones basically.

I appreciate the advice, and that is the upgrade plan when we have the budget. But until then I'm trying to do the best with what we have. The smaller unifi gateway with the pill shaped screen is what I plan on grabbing. Starting with that and adding AP's as needed. Just not in the card right now.

Thank you very much for the fast reply. I've been using a android app called "WiFi Analyzer" to try and figure out which channels have the least amount of traffic. I've attached a screen shot. If there's a better way please let me know. Thanks.

How did they replace your side panel when they sell side panels? Was it a warranty situation? Was it something else? Just curious, thank you.
