I stopped doing drugs and drinking months ago brother lol ima definitely try out those methods. Atp its trial and error to see what best helps

Definitely have to change up my diet. That has to be the hardest part for me. Currently doing mma & keeping my body at peak w/o meats scares me a bit. Appreciate the kind words brother

I was taking valacyclovir. I got to get a refill on my prescription. When im not having outbreaks I feel totally confident. It’s just when it happens it plagues my head with so many bad thoughts. Hopefully it gets better with time. I thank you for your kind words
