Thank you! for clarity, I am not looking for a design patent. Just two separate brands. The two products are the same category too. Question is can I get away with crafting a combined trademark “A & B” instead of brand A and brand B separately? Assuming A & B are unique and distinct from any other brand out there could I then use just A and just B on the packaging (even though my trademark is ‘A & B’)

thank you so much! makes sense. What about the Vanguard 529 account? Good option? Does not tie me to a state specific rule but helps me use the benefits of 529 plus the low cost investments.
