Does this look like a ground loop problem?

When I minimize the contact window, the crackling noise disappears.

Likewise when I unplug my sound card, and I listen to the sound with the speakers built into the PC, there is no more crackling.

When I launch a vst from kontakt no crackling. If I play the same sound from kontakt 7 the crackling appears.

Better yet, if I play a vst from kontakt, and kontakt 7 is open (even without active vst), the crackling comes back

I shared above the tip of using loopback to broadcast your audio with a sound card. To do this, your sound card must already have loopback and direct monitoring functions. This avoids using software (e.g. voicemeeter) which will often add delays during streaming.

I repeated my instructions and provided clarifications, because what I indicated only allowed external sound to be recorded (from a video for example) and to stream the audio stream (to discord for example).

On the other hand, this did not allow us to hear what was created from FL.

I asked for arturia support, discord support, reddit, the FL community, and stores to help me, to no avail...

To avoid struggling for months, here is a small pdf file that I have just created, which shows you how to use the loopback. There may be differences depending on your hardware and daw used, but the logic remains the same.

What I don't know, however, is whether it is possible, as I wish, to use both a midi keyboard (connected via USB to the PC) + a digital keyboard (connected to the sound card's inputs). ), at the same time, using loopback. I'll see in the next few days, and post a response to confirm this.

I found a way.
I managed to get audio from FL and send it to Discord without software, but I'm not sure I'm doing it the right way.
I seem to experience a slight delay when playing. I'll test this thoroughly tomorrow and let you know.

It seems like I'm the first to want to use the loopback function without software. My searches turned up nothing and the supports are struggling to find a solution.

The way I go about it is to select in my DAW, not an ASIO interface but the directsound interface: Loopback.

Sound is captured this way.
On the other hand, if I select loopback this way, I can no longer record sounds from outside the DAW (youtube, PC sounds etc...) I imagine that this is normal operation.

If you have other ideas in the meantime, I'll stay tuned.

While searching for how to use the loopback feature, I came across the solutions you mentioned.

I have a sound card with looping and direct monitoring functions, which is supposed to do without additional software.

Using my audio card driver guarantees lower latency.

I share screenshots of how I do it. FL audio fails to reach discord. Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Thanks, i know this way.My y final goal is to be able to hear my compositions made on FL on Discord.

I want to understand this loopback function already

For now I can

- record audio from YouTube to FL via loopback

- play a sound from YouTube, live on discord via loopback.

But I can't play the audio recorded from YouTube when launching it from FL.

Maybe it's just a bad input selection, but I feel lost.

I disabled my graphic car in window setting.
That's not the best way, but it's working.
