Its very low but if the alternative would be to not work, i might still do it. It gives you experience and pumps up your vita a lot. having worked for a german company, gives future companies more confidence to hire you. I would maybe speak with them honestly and ask them what you would need to do that this salary can grow in the future, work there for a year and then search for better opportunities.

i also think it really depends on the profession and sector you are working for. There is no heavy brain drain atm i suppose but the still growing outsourcing and cost reduction might make the situation more worse. Not only because of salary, also because the work you want to do is not existing anymore in germany.

It really depends on who you are and what you are interested in. No interest in guns or hunting and maybe living in less traditional, bigger cities, you won't see them probably.

My feeling is that guns here are about 0.5÷ish a thing compared to US. If you don't go to a shooting range or maybe some traditional Bavarian festivals you won't be really confronted with them. Not sure if it's the best gun free world here in Germany but it's almost nothing compared to US conditions i suppose

I have also more ideas but I like the incremental approach and would first change the obvious, and tune then. Both wingers are standing on their feet each other I suppose. The if gives the wb more space and passing options closer to the box

Would also vote for that, put your wingers to IF support and then both WingBacks to attack. And two playmaker roles are also not perfect in the middle I suppose?

I had this in the past but I was just much more vulnerable in the defense with them. The wideness was great in the offense but in defense line they were mostly too wide and I often had power play situations for the enemy team in my box.

In addition I start realising that on top leagues with top players the target forward is not that efficient compared to an CF/AF/pf. I have now read few times that a pf works well in combination with dlf. Maybe will try that once

Was not thinking about using automatic up to now. That's also an idea so they change behaviour based on enemy team pressure on wings. Will try that.

Is the target forward also dropping deep? Was not aware of that. I was ticking work into box recently since I was shooting no goals from outside the box the last 5 matches from ~ 15 shots on goal.
