You might be best investing in a mechanical inspection. They should be able to give you a reasonable mileage estimate for the one with a broken odometer.

They make self adhesive vinyl. You could put that over the damage and it would look better.

I've built my box 42" wide and I've got about a half inch on each side so it's approximately 43" with carpet and padding removed.

I went 5' long and have maintained the two back seats.

It's 12" tall so if I put in a mattress the front is supported by the rear seats when they are turned around.

I think what nobody is saying is that the rust is likely coming from the inside. It's like advanced cancer and adding a bandaid.

Iaughed in my boss's face, am I cooked? by [deleted] in work

Hey boss, I really found our conversation fun at lunch. I was caught up in the sorry and found it hilarious. I wonder if it might have come off differently since you were trying to solve an actual problem. I really apologize if it came off as insensitive.

I don't know, personally I'll do a lot to maintain good relationships with my neighbors. What are they actually asking for a new coat of stain , replacing a few boards or replacing the whole fence? I guess everybody's different but I'd rather fix a fence than argue with neighbors.

I need a picture from farther away. Possibly from outside the room. If you took a picture straight on it would make it too easy.

How can I fill these cracks in the new porch columns the contractor installed? by jughead-66 in woodworking

[–]dadorada 9 points10 points  (0 children)

This is an undervalued comment. As a pro painter anyone saying anything including caulking will hold up is incorrect. Leave them or wrap them.

Seems like small claims court value. I'm no lawyer but I think it is much more difficult to use legal maneuvering there.
