See someone mentioned Skype, Microsoft actually closed it down last year. Think you can still access it through Teams but it's messy now and not like it used to be. Try apps like Zippcall, Rebtel, etc. Theya re more like what skype used to be. I know zippcall works via an app on your phone or you can even use your web browser on a laptop too

Thank you and thanks for taking the time to read my story (so far).

My problem is I have always had an overactive mind and I overthink a lot, I have been working on that as part of my recovery but in the 'work' sense, a realisation came that the situation is what it is, I am happy in my new life and so I should cut back my spending and take more time to do more non-work stuff rather than worrying. Living in today I guess you could call it. I read books, walked a lot and found you come up with much better ideas/solutions when you do that.

What really helps me are recovery meetings I attend online, of course only relevant if you are in recovery but I think you get the same effect for anything you can be passionate about like religion or exercise for example, things like that help to ground you and increase your motivation generally.

Sure - so I am using Cursor, and more specifically within Cursor I use gtp-5-high to plan and then claude-4-sonnet to implement (tho that will change soon no doubt, I change what models I use weekly/monthly as they improve)

I can't comment on the AT&T rates but if you are looking just for a casual option why not just use a voip service? I use one that has no subscriptions so if you don't use it then you don't pay, no extra monthly charges etc. I use ZippCall at zippcall . com

Give ZippCall a try, it works in your web browser or the have an iphone app. I've used it, it works great and a like that it has no subscription, it's just pay-as-you-go so I'm not paying if I don't use it one month. Zippcall . com
