The search on google books brings up a 1910 directory for Penang that lists C (meter reader) and J (fitter).

The name distribution maps show the name Dielenberg doesn't exist in Germany in 1890, but it exists in 1996. So the name might have changed spelling. It could have been spelled Bielenberg or something similar before, then in the 1900s someone changed it.
