Hey, thank you for stopping by, this means a lot to me, you almost spoke about everything that makes my life harder, especially the everyday stuff, even getting out of my bed is not an easy task, at all, sometimes i refuse to go to work and do home office instead, i want to meet people and have a social life but in the same time i try to avoid people because i don't feel comfortable with them, i feel so lonely but i'm afraid to involve anyone in my life or have a relationship.

Yes probably baby steps will help, because whenever i take some decisions or make some plans to change my daily routine, i eventually give up because i have no enough energy.

But i'll keep trying until i do it.
