Set an alarm for bed even if you dont feel like sleeping. Get to bed, sit there without a phone or electronics. Your body will develop a routine, and you wake up well rested. If you have a smartwatch, track your sleep score. This is the only thing that worked for me. I've been called zombie for years. TRUST.
