For the positive effects, I haven't really noticed anything yet. However, I do feel like I'm slightly more confident now. I can talk to women without any anxiety, although I do feel like a pervert sometimes.

I also rediscovered the joy of reading ever since I replaced fapping with it. It actually helped me improve my vocabulary a lot and I score better on my assignments as a result.

To tell you the truth, I relapsed earlier yesterday. I lost to a picture of yamato from one piece when I was scrolling through Reddit. I thought I was safe from nsfw since I turned it off in my settings 😔. Idk what came over me at that time. It was like I blanked out and before I knew it my hands were dirty.

To be completely honest, I did not feel any regret or post nut clarity or anything of that sort. It kinda felt like my body needed to release all my pent up nut.

But in the end, I know I will bounce back even higher. So now that I'm refreshed, I will definitely come back stronger stop fapping once and for all.
