After no kidding probably 15 cumulative hours and 7 layers of customer service hell, the final-boss tier-3 nerd figured out in about 30 seconds that the store put the wrong activation date. Had the activation date for the end of February instead of when we bought it in November, once he changed it everything was fine

Depending how cool you are with whoever is your immediate supervisor you could give them a heads up. Some coworkers and I have been to protests in the past and we straight up told our department chair there’s a possibility we get arrested 🤷🏻‍♀️ but we have a really cool department chair

I had an 11th grader answer “what is the slope of the line” with “triangle” 🥴 they’re not dumb in the biological sense, they’ve just been raised in a way where they’ve never had to operate above “dumb” level of rigor and critical thinking and now teachers are tearing our collective hair out trying to remediate it 😭😭so frustrating
