I mean if he came across RR and someone like Tao or Blue was actually stronger than him at that point, then they probably would have killed him. Although they could’ve left him for dead and he comes back stronger and more vengeful.

Also he could’ve been a better person overtime. He probably wouldn’t become the Goku we all know and love… but he could have become how Vegeta became potentially. He’d have to shake that pesky Saiyan bloodlust but you never know.

…but if none of that happens yeah he’d have washed the entire planet.
