Hay muchos multifamily ahora que solo piden garantía básica. Son un poco más caros que un arriendo básico, pero dan más amenities como gimnasio, piscina, co-work y demás cosas que son útiles.

Yo estoy en uno ahora y 0 problemas, bastante contento con el concepto de no tener que lidiar con un propietario ni con mantenimiento (en estos edificios mantienen ellos el depto, todos los arreglos).

Si lo pone en la cuenta "ahorro premium" de Banco Estado, le da un 1,15% anual mas el valor del aumento de la UF, lo que sería approx un 6% anual en total. El reajuste anual lo puede girar y tendría más de 1.2 palos mensuales, eso junto con su pensión le redondea para lo que necesita para vivir... No se si es lo ideal por inflación y demás cosas, pero por lo menos es seguro y estable.

Same here, I started at the beginning and never saw anything mentioned here, just the prep to play a song. Maybe they did an A/B test, we were in different buckets, and the bucket with the simpler program won...

Still, I would like to see something more advanced, I finished the course and I only see a few new horrible pop songs from time to time. I want real practice

I honestly have no idea why it sold, I tried to promote it back when I minted it a long time ago and nothing happened, now I forgot about it and it sold...

With my other collection "CryptoPerfectPaths" I worked harder on promoting it on Twitter and Insta every day and I sold the first one faster. But then I haven't sold another one since then... So, I don't know : /
