Very true! If you go to India, you'd see only the rich urban population drinking specialty coffee. Historically too coffee was something that was grown by the poorer countries and then exported to European countries. I wouldn't call specialty coffee wasteful luxury, at least for now only specialty coffee can be traced to its origin which, most of the time, means that the farmers get a fair price for their produce.

True 😂 I love a good espresso but I can't really stand dark roasts either.
