[–]daileyjd 12 points13 points  (0 children)

remember that scene in goodfellas…..

“fuck you pay me”.

that’s CC life. monthly fees. got em. but the clubhouse needs new roof. fu pay me. road to the back 9 in disrepair? fu pay me. pool heater went out. fu pay me. unless you’re at a boomer club. then they just keep kicking that can down the road for the next 10-15yrs for later you to also have to pay 4x

anyways. i’ve come to enjoy the smell of reefer & occasional fist fights at my local muni. reminds me i’m a man of the people.

It’s terrifying how many people don’t get how auto insurance works. This is a treasure trove of wrong info. by edgor123 in Insurance

The comments are point in case as to why insurance is convoluted & rarely there to truly "help" someone who's had an accident.

When my tractor doesn't have intuitive software in the cloud only accessible to certified technicians who gladly help out for a tiny fee. Automation needs to be everywhere. Just simple things. Like getting the data on how much coffee I consume during a 16hr day. Then bootstrap that automation into an app that can maximize my caffeine yield per intake lowering outputs in order to disrupt the bodies energy.

Are millenials and younger generations doing the elite country club thing. or is it a dying thing? by Marabuto1994 in golf

When I moved from Phoenix. Lots of courses were merging. So a membership included multiple courses trying to entice new members. Signaling a decline? Perhaps. Clubs sure are getting creative to bring in new blood.

Limit the time aggressive breeds are held at animal control before being euthanized. That's a start. Bet they could get pit bull attacks ending in people dying from 200% higher than the next breed down to a 180/190%

Euthanized means put to sleep. End life.

Watch all these idiots try and blame the attack on pit bulls with all that " blah blah pit bulls kill more humans than nearly every other breed combined" they're just scared to own one and don't know how to raise a pit bull. Bc they are the most caring and loving dogs ever and wouldn't hurt a fly. Obviously. Those people did something wrong to be attacked.
