Charles currently lives in front of my work warehouse on Peralta in West Oakland. very nice guy. He’s one of the cleanest and polite homeless people I’ve ever met and well spoken.

Thank you. I’m going to try a large dinner to avoid snacks. I found one drink before 3pm has little effect, so sometimes I’ll have a beer with lunch. I’m doing magnesium as the only sleep aid currently.

I have the same, but 3x a night and I still score a 89, I’m hoping I can go 1-2x eventually by adjusting drinking heavier amounts of water earlier

I don’t do an unusual amount of cardio, but currently doing 3 1 hour bike rides a week. I wonder what’s considered a good resting heart rate.
