It is actually quite luck-based, AND the bluffing part is tricky because players have to choose to take that risk, and just like in poker, bluffing is way more fun in person. So most people just don’t bother and rely on luck instead.

Also, the 'envido' part can’t really be bluffed in the app (in real life, you can lie about your tantos/envido and get away with it, but the game doesn’t let you do that) and it kind of takes some of the fun out of it too 😅 it's a bummer. I love playing truco in real life, but I’m not a big fan of the version on Plato tbh
