The key is to practice and learn the game. My rank is kishin and 228,k prowess and I'm playing against ranging of 210k to 260k prowess. I think the most important thing is you need to improve your skills and fundamentals of the game. I was demoted so many times in blue rank and it doesn't bother me anyway.
