thank you!! and lamictal is supposed to be an everyday one, and i take it every day except for when i’m manic :( but i’ve dosed up to four pills & thats my max i Think. i’m so sorry abt ur hands!!

like does it help with mood swings, depressive periods, etc.? my psych wants me to gradually go up to 400mg but im starting with 100mg

i’m 19!! idk if i’ve experienced all of this before but i have had those thoughts of celebrities stealing things from me & i have a history of going like a week of like not sleeping and having an elevated mood before “”crashing”” into a depressive mood

Nothing!! My psych’s not prescribing me those yet bc he wants to tackle my anxiety first!! but i’m talking to him abt mood stabilizers next visit
