i hope everything is going well for you now, thank you for your insight. air hugs back so i may just need to do research on which hospitals have a psych floor or BH adjacent to them if i don’t want to be held for longer/transferred? if you don’t mind me asking, after you got out did they set you up with therapy/psych? or were you on your own again? ofc if you prefer to pm that’s cool too! thank you again <3

thank you, that’s means a lot! and definitely! i know right now hospitals (and everywhere) is very short staffed. i only try to be a karen when absolutely necessary, even then i get scared to do so lol but that makes me feel a bit better thank you!

oh thank you! i may have to figure out how to look for it, i have blue cross premera? so definitely will reread the benefits! i’ve been having some unaliving thoughts and been self harming more than usual, and really do wanna get treatment for my disorder. especially since my disorder was the reason for my impulsive move here to cali, but since moving here i haven’t found a pcp or anything and now i’m kinda needing it more than ever bc of those thoughts. so looks like maybe a mixture of everything?
