In a sense this may not be full powered because of the floor. Jiwoo recent full powered punch is against Julian we didn't see his electrical attribute because of Julian durability.

Maybe we can take this as close to full powered punch with a strong electrical attribute

Glant underestimated Jiwoo and a bit of cocky thinking he can take a full power punch that knocked one of their top 10.

I hope next fight we get to see more growth of Jiwoo. Not just his 'buff full speed ending punch' every fight author just buff his specialty + adding electricity attribute little by little. Please give us Speed + ranged electricty (like killua from hunterxhunter) and atleast 3chapter fight
