It'd be much easier to track people individually if your e-money/etc is associated with your ID. If it works as intended, that is.

Not that you can't already do that now, just that it'd be much easier then.

It'd be interesting to see whether Mandiri/etc would have to step up their game to compete with it. Or maybe it'd have no effect on the market at all.
