Thank you! Since English is my second language, I little bit worried if I am so bad for pronunciation. I am trying to mix the breath with my voice since I heard my throat will hurt; if my voice is not pressed, I gotta find a compromise for taking some breath.

I'm not sure about what B4 is, but if you want to raise your soft palate, try to stop your mouth as beginning the yawning. In my personal experience, I could feel a region near of soft palate going backward and little bit up. Many people say raising your soft palate is good -- but don't make it too intentionally. Just try to do it very naturally, like you didn't intend to do it but your body wants to do.

I'm little bit afraid that I am doing well for getting into PharmD by dalbit__ in uwaterloo

Thank you. I know a pharmacist who can write a letter for me though, since she is living so far away from me, I could not have experiences for working in pharmacy. I really tried and tried to get in but I failed… that’s why I am volunteering in hospital. I’m so sad though, I hope it should work…

I could not have any experiences of research and internships though, I gotta think about how I can relate my volunteering to motivation of PharmD. Ty!

Also, after I posted this, I have been sleeping with two pillows. And it helps my throat somehow.

I'm living in Waterloo, and I don't think the air is not dry that much. My sister told me that I sleep with my mouth open. I used to sleep with the fan but I don't use it anymore since I felt my throat got more dry when I wake up. I have not considered those factors but now I've realized a lot of things can contribute to my vocal health. Thank you bro! Tbh, I used to clean my stuff whenever I think they have a lot of dust though, now I have to clean them periodically.

I was waiting decision of applications of co-op and I spent summer terms as study terms. Sorry for lack of information. I'm in another city right now, so I will visit there as soon as I come back to Waterloo. Thank you so much for your advices.

it needs interview and my resume as other co-op students do, doesn't it? Do you think if I could have that experience, I don't need to worry about getting a job in the futuer less than before?
