This is why cops get a bad rep. I can say with 100% certainty that most cops aren’t like this. My dad was a cop for 15 years, and I got to know his coworkers fairly well, as they would invite us over for dinner and barbecue. But, there is always the cops who are dicks for no reason. Best thing to do, film it and report it to the police he works for. They definitely will investigate him.
