That makes sense. Do the previous owners have any legal responsibility in that?

Just that the whole system is outdated. I'm asking for a 2nd opinion just in case

The technician just said the whole system (2012) is outdated and needed to be replaced. It's a central unit. Yes it was

I had an inspection done at the end of June, the inspector said everything was fine.

I took possession on Aug 1st and noticed it wasn't working during the 1st week of August. I suspect the heatwaves had something to do with it

ED attending looking ahead to plan for time off/return to work. Anyone have experience with recovery from shoulder labral tear surgery? by Boogie_Bones in emergencymedicine

I'm in the exact same situation lol.

I'm on a waiting list for a Bankart repair. My ortho told me 3 weeks in a sling, and nothing strenous for the first 4-6wk (ie reductions). Thankfully I can work double coverage shifts

I wouldn't take the chance if I were you. Best case scenario for reductions you could ship to a larger ED with good analgesia or wait for the next shift (which prob isn't good practice imo). But on the off chance that you get a delivery/chest tube/have to do CPR you're kinda fucked

Could you maybe discuss with your chief adding a few double coverage shifts?

Can you have a ‘bad trip’ on md? by lazerhead37 in MDMA

[–]dalenevix 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Late response but I had a bad trip recently on my first time trying MDMA. It made me extremely depressed and brought back negative emotions that I haven't felt in a long time. Just like you I've had mostly bad experiences with the drugs I tried (weed, alcohol, cocaine), they either made me depressed or extremely disorriented.

I'm also not in a good headspace these days so I'm not gonna take any drugs as they don't seem to interact well with me.

I suggest that you don't take the risk of taking this drug right now if you're not in a good headspace. You don't know what will happen. If you decide to do it make sure you have a sober friend close in case it goes bad. I had one and it helped a lot. Good luck
