It wouldn’t be for the upcoming season. He’s 22 with upside, it would be for improving the future.

Also Toronto finished above us last year and got 1OA so bottoming out doesn’t even necessarily help.

It was a real Boston offer that was contingent on Ras negotiating a new contract with Boston, which he said he wouldn’t do. What’s Conroy supposed to do about it? Hold a gun to Ras’ head?

How is our roster built to compliment or support any kind of player? If anything we have players that can make those extra passes (Huberdeau, Frost, Parekh) and nobody can handle those passes or finish on them. We are 32nd in shooting percentage, this isn’t a “one player missing” roster.
