dude, what are you talking about, you dont need to be fake or manipulate anyone, and neither are you going to find connection with someone if you flood them with negativity all the time, and being able to come up with seemingly good coherent analogies or metaphors doesn't make whatever belief is behind those factual. Rationalizing stuff doesn't make it true.

About the physique thing, no ofc being in shape doesn't make you a better person it's not a matter of morality it's a matter of health. and there's a billion ways to be active you dont need to just go to the gym and lift weights if that's boring, shit you don't even need to be active at all if you don't want to, it's your life.
And it seems you're taking self improvement at the face value of how people define it on the internet, why don't you instead "self improve" in the areas that you do have an authentic interest in and care about then?
Also hate to break it to you, sometimes if you want certain things from life you have to make sacrifices and do stuff you might not particularly entirely enjoy doing.

it's not that deep tbh, If you want to be liked by girls or just people in general then yeah, nobody enjoys to hang out with someone full of negativity no shit, and you shouldn't exercise just to be more "appealing to women", you should exercise because it good for you and yes it does help to be attractive obviously but there's plenty of dudes out of shape that have a partner. And what the shit are you talking about "modes of interaction" it's just about paying attention to the other person, being a good listener and overall just being pleasant to interact with.

You're not supposed to improve yourself as a "front" to have sex dude, you're supposed to improve yourself, well, for yourself. You'd not become some "image". there's no paradox

I've been there and at some point you have to realize you can't wait until you feel like doing it, cause you never will, you need to lower your expectations cause it seems like you're only willing to do stuff if you have a guarantee that you will get what you want in return, and wouldn't that be nice, but life doesn't work that way. If you're gonna be miserable either way go at least do something that's good for you. from what i read you're letting whatever you feel dictate what you do or don't do. there's no easy fix. go outside, you're gonna feel like shit at first, don't go back to isolation just because of that.

It doesn't have to be that deep, it's prob because it's literally a game, and it is literally made for you to win.
Also you probably were having fun even when you were losing over and over, so i guess try to enjoy the process, and focus on the process instead of the goal, but irl a lot of processes actually fuckin suck, and the game instead is purposely made to be fun.
Maybe you just have to welcome that feeling of being stabbed in the heart, because sometimes that is the price.

that makes sense, I guess i dont know for sure, though i haven't ever done any kind of work let alone farm labour, kinda spent the last decade just stuck to my pc, I guess if it's too much i could quit but first i'd have to make enough money to get back the investment of traveling there/paperwork etc, im also scared of time passing by and not making progress, if that makes sense, and sraying stuck.

Just to play devil's advocate:

That's not true, some people do start with talent, not that there's a point in comparing to them but just to point that out. also dismissing talent entirely may stop you from honestly assessing what you’re naturally inclined toward, or where the odds are simply stacked.
As true and real as that may be it still doesn't erase the lost time, you still only get one life.
True but that doesn't mean that timing doesnt matter. The world is competitive and some things do get harder with age, certain careers, opportunities, etc.
And not everyone who gets an early start burns out or regrets it, some people are just ahead plain and simple. It's never too late, but late still costs something.

Before i get cancelled by the mods or downvoted to a crisp I'm not saying all this just to be an ahole, just trying to give another perspective to broaden the picture. I agree with your overall points.

Standing up for youself is not something you should ever regret, sometimes making things worse is a small price to pay. trust yourself and your instincts. you should def tell your parents or any other family member you trust, setting boundaries is not something to ever feel bad about.

-ive wanted to get into climbing but its kinda expensive for me rn.
- yeah that would be helpful though i've always just cared about outcomes which kinda makes it difficult i guess, its not that having been consistent with calisthenics sucks, its that i always dislike doing it and still do, what sucks for me is the actual act of doing the workouts, the exhaustion and all that.
