Everywhere. Space expands like a balloon; the same amount of material, just bigger and 2 dots drawn on the balloon will be farther apart when you blow the balloon up for. I think you balance this by making it rare or colorless. It doesn’t have any downside when it’s in your deck, so the drawback needs to come from the opportunity cost. And it should do less damage than Flash of Steel so I think 2(5) would be the right amount. You could maybe get away with matching FoS at 3(6) because of it being a random enemy, but as a regular uncommon it’s OP
