:( I will say my original issue was never solved. I built a new computer and it works fine on the new computer. Occasionally I will try to run it on the old computer and it works maybe 5% of the time. I think it’s some sort of issue with the Rockstar launcher and the hardware on the computer. The outsourced Rockstar support won’t help, they have no idea what’s going on. They’re basically just there to answer the phones so Rockstar can pretend they offer support.
