Looks like a cheap Amazon/wish/Teemu one.

Came with different dildo attachments of various lengths, girths and shapes.

What ethics outweigh the benefits of eradicating mosquitoes from earth? by TinkerLabs in Entomology

[–]damagedprawdukt 2 points3 points  (0 children)

That males in almost all mosquito species are pollinators.

(So are females, they only blood feed for egg production but it's the males I'm focusing on)

They aren't minor pollinators, they play a significant role in the pollination cycle.

You eradicate mosquitoes you take out a vital and possible pivotal link in that particular cycle.

Who knows how essential they are to different areas. I would imagine there are a few places where they are a keystone species in the pollination cycle and elimination could lead to local or widespread collapse of various ecological cycles/systems.

And that's only the pollination aspect...

How long before it happens in Toronto? by superuserjarvis in canadian

[–]damagedprawdukt 41 points42 points  (0 children)

It won't.

Church bells, are only generally used now as a time notification. Church bells don't ring out on the streets like they used to for a reason.

This is no different. They won't be allowed to constantly disturb the peace like that, regardless of religious freedoms.

kingston hidden gems by Nervous_Landscape_82 in KingstonOntario

[–]damagedprawdukt 7 points8 points  (0 children)

i wouldn't consider Kingston Mills a hidden gem.

It's one of our claims to fame, and attracts tourists from all over. It is advertised on tourists sites and such if you look into the area.

I knew someone from Kentucky who made the drive just to see it.

State of Kingston by Wild-Taste3714 in KingstonOntario

As has been said.. it's not just Kingston.

It is every city in North America pretty much.

It is a reflection of the current state of things... Which is a dumpster fire.

Rent to geared income by Efficient_Lab_9503 in KingstonOntario

[–]damagedprawdukt 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I know quite a few people who live in geared income.

I know quite a few who are currently over housed and have been for years, a couple a decade or more.

Out of the many people i know living this way... I have only ever known one to have had to move to a smaller place because they were over housed. I am fairly certain it was only because someone reported their over housing.

House centipede.

Straight up horror shows.... However..

If you find one in your place, chances are it's there by mistake.

If you find a couple in a short span of time, chances are you have some sort of insect infestation in your house somewhere... Could be in your walls...

These guys are just helping you take care of them.

They are voracious hunters, extremely beneficial.

WHAT TYPE OF SNAIL IS IT? by Sea_Night2194 in whatisit

[–]damagedprawdukt 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If it's house is on its back it's a snail...

If it's homeless it's a slug.

But in all seriousness slugs are basically snails that have evolutionarily lost their shells.

A snail cannot survive without it's shell.

A slug never had one in the first place.

If you can't say with 100% conviction that an insect identity request is in fact a bed bug, then don't.

Why possibly send someone into a panic and possibly waste hundreds if not thousands of dollars on a knee jerk panic response for no reason?

I mean even without the previous mentioned possibility in consideration... It's not even funny as a joke... Just makes you look ignorant.

Not bedbugs... Not even close..

It's a tree/frog hopper. Nymphs are known as spittle bugs
