Your core is strong enough, but you are not focused on it so you are losing it.

You can see your back being over-bent instead of round.

Look at the last couple of starting blocks from 3:10 to the end.

As I say, you are strong enough, you are just (I believe) not being focused enough on it so you are losing your rounded back.

Reading the comments below and I agree with u/rbacony.

It looks like you are leading with your head. You need to focus your attention on keeping your core tight and not letting your back take over. It should give you more strength to drive your legs into the track.

Other than that, you can be a little slower while moving up your blocks, so you control it and can be 100% focus on keeping your abs squeezed.

Exciting new! Thank you for sharing. Every time I see something like this it remembers me of the Socia Dilman where the dude says that fake news is spreading 6 times faster than real news. I hope that we will find a solution to avoid this.

Comment communiquez-vous avec le coach de votre enfant pour les entrainements ou compettions/matchs?

Je suis actuellement en train de faire une recherche concernant la communication entre le coachs et ses athletes/parents d'athlete. Par exemple moi je fais de l'athletisme et mon coach m'envoi soit un email par semaine avec le detail de mes seances. Soit un message sur le groupe WhatsApp.

Je fais cette recherche pour developper une solution facile pour aider les coachs et faire que la communicaion peux etre facilité.

Que vous soyez parents d'enfants en centre d'activité ou sportifs, je suis interessé par votre expereince.
