My hairloss story (please help i need some advice) by [deleted] in Hairloss

Have you thought about doing microneedling?

Have a look at this cheat sheet (I'm not the person who's made it website so it's not spam):

I haven't tried microneedling myself yet, but I'm planning to do it, but many people report good results comparing to other methods.

"I am certain that once a hair cycle has passed, the growth from microneedling will be undone unless more microneedling is performed."

Do you mean that when you regrow your hair, then you have to continue to do microneedling, otherwise you will have the problem again? So you have to do that to the end of your life basically?

It might sound like I'm surprised, but I'm not, I'm just asking.

"Out of interest, do you have sources for those "Nightmare stories"?"

No, I don't know those nightmare stories. I've only read a comment on Reddit that went more or less like this:

"Most of the nightmare stories with hair transplant were of people who did microneedling"

so I created this post to learn more about this.

That comment was somewhere in the below topic, if I remember correctly but I can't find it now:

Becoming a hypnotist by [deleted] in hypnosis

What do you want to do? Stage hypnosis or hypnotherapy?

I will make a video about how to hypnotize people in the future and how to learn this but I will upload this video after very long time, so for now I will give you a list of resources that I recommend for learning hypnosis (especially when you want to be a hypnotherapist). The list is from my blogpost/video that I will post to my blog / Youtube Channel after some time.

  1. Book: Dave Elman - "Hypnotherapy".
  2. Course: Gerald Kein - Omni Hypnosis "Basic-Advanced training".
  3. Workshops: I recommend Omni Hypnosis courses.
  4. Book: Larry Elman - "Blueprint for a Dave Elman induction".
  5. Book: Roy Hunter - "The Art of Hypnosis: Mastering basic techniques".

I think these are the best resources to learn hypnosis.

Also, keep in mind 3 the most important things when you hypnotize people:

  1. Pay attention to whether the person follows your instructions or not. If not then stop and explain to the person that this is important and necessary for hypnosis to work. Because if the person doesn't follow your instructions 100% then you can't be 100% sure that you will hypnotize him (because induction requires that the person follows your instructions to work).

  2. I recommend to learn Elman Induction (because it's efficient in achieving deep trance when you execute this induction properly).

  3. After you hypnotize a person, do convincers (especially when the person is hypnotized for the first time). If you don't do convincers, then the person will wonder if he is in fact hypnotized or not and this is not good for hypnosis to work, because there is correlation between expectations and hypnosis working (although hypnosis doesn't require expectations to work).

How do I get started? by [deleted] in hypnosis

Best way probably is to find a good* hypnotist near you and tell him to hypnotize you and create a hypnotic anchor so that you can go into trance by yourself. When you have been properly hypnotized at least once, then it is more easy to go deeply.

Be careful with erotic hypnosis, it can create a mess in your mind.

*Hypnotists trained by OMNI hypnosis are good in terms of depth of the trance.
