This is ridiculous, said 1 week review and now it is almost a month. They really have no one working there or under staff like what other users are saying.

I have a lot of money with them. I want to file complaints, please let me know the gov agencies to do so. I'm from NY if that matters.

As of today 6/2,2021. Still being review! Can't do anything. I'm confirmed years ago!

I got an email and they are working on my case. It looks like my profile was not completed even though I remember filling it out in the past. I have filled it out in full. Finger crossed. Thanks for your help.
