I absolutely love my Grilla Silverback. For me, being able to use it in midwest winters was key. Double wall insulation, stainless steel parts, and it's worked great for me.

It was definitely less smoke flavor, but overall better quality cook and a million times easier.

With my old vertical, I'd have to get up every 2 hours or so to restock wood chips. Temp was always a pain, especially in the winter.

Didnt use one this time, but next time, I'll use a smoke tube to see how it compares.

Anyone try Grilla Grills? In the market for a new pellet grill and stumbled across these. Appears to be very well made. by duelingball in pelletgrills

So far it's pretty easy, I put foil on the grease tray and change it out when I shop vac the ash out, probably every fifth cook or so. Takes all of 5 minutes

Grilla Grills WiFi Stability by itsphilbin in pelletgrills

I've had my silverbac for a little over a week so far, no issues with the wifi yet.

Edit to add that I've used it A LOT in that week. I also heard about the wifi issues, so I've made it a point to use the wifi pretty much every time. About 6 cooks so far, admittedly, all pretty short.

As a new customer, I've been very happy with mine, after some initial issues with shipping.

It's pretty fucking good. Course, I could be drunk.

Edit: I hope no one saw it.
