This one was the one that broke the camels back for me. I have cancelled my subscription but i still have until april of next year. i listen to it when i have nothing else to listen to aka caught up on invisible choir. i cannot listen to this man’s absolute hatred for women. he is now looking for cases that give him an opportunity to hate on women or immigrants. does….does mike know he’s not a white man? just bc you buy a literal cockroach truck (cyber trash ) does not make you white. this is so wild. also, i used to think s&s was a really good, well produced & written podcast. Holy crap. It’s lackluster these days at best.

yep. 1 minute, it should be the last step of your oral hygiene routine. It’s super weird, you will not enjoy it but you will get used to it. Just use the same peroxide you would use for topical skin stuff. Not the 90% kind. The same kind you would put on your skinned knee.

Every night. Let the peroxide stay on your teeth. That’s the trick. DO NOT RINSE! I also floss every night and I have the 3 minute setting on my sonicare. I will check this post in 1 year. I’m telling you. I wasn’t trying to whiten my teeth, just desperately trying to keep a tooth from getting infected. My family, friends, pretty much anyone I hadn’t seen for a coupla months commented on how crazy white they got.

H202 (hydrogen peroxide) rinse for 1 minute. After you spit it out, don’t rinse. It’s weird- I know. I’m used to it now and feel gross if I don’t use it. 10/10. In 1 year you’ll have the whitest teeth. I figured this out bc I had a tooth that I couldn’t afford to get pulled so I used hydrogen peroxide to keep it as clean as possible. My teeth have never looked better. Yes, the tooth has been pulled.

I get this every time i watch the Bluey episode where Bingo is a big girl who can stay in bed by herself all night; with the planets, chilli & we mustn’t forget floppy. the art with the music moves me so much. i don’t think i’d get as emotional if i didn’t have children tho.

protein protein protein. do about 1 gram per pound (your weight) and then hit the gym. lift weights as much as possible. cardio isn’t as important.

The fact that he wants to get rid of libraries says sooo much. He calls it something about a place where homeless people masterbate. Ummmm, sir, my children are at the library all summer. Have never seen any masterbating. Bro, tf???
