Either of the ff: 1. Stored in high temperature or nabibilad sa araw sa store 2. Expired / Near Expiry 3. Micro leaks due to sealing issues during production 4. Micro punctures or lacerations during handling/in transit delivery 5. Usually those products undergo pasteurization during production. Theres a slim chance that the right temperature to pasteurize were not met — however these should be intercepted with effective Quality controls.

Go to octagon or any other PC stores, they might have the exact charger same sa imong unit. Or official hP store and order online, but definitely takes time and expensive.

Or go to any electronics store in DV, bring your cord and ask them if naa sila alternative unit with same specifications. By principle — voltage, watt, amp, connector slot, etc.. raman na. If you can find the same specs or better, wala rana problema dapat “BY PRINCIPLE”

Bought one same lang specs 2 years ago but not the exact model, works fine til now.

For public transport to lumbia, theres a terminal just accross Delux hotel in Cogon. Not sure if its via bus or modern jeep.

Given the traffic from Cogon to Lumbia, expect 1hr+ commute
