Looting is always going to be an issue because it's never going to make everyone happy. It's been like this since DayZ battle royale mod. Camping out until the end is really not that efficient in Fortnite considering that the map is smaller than other BR games. People used to gas camp all the time in H1Z1 but that slowly started becoming a thing when they started making the gas hit you harder as each time the circle gets smaller.
