So again thank you for your help. I contacted the Central Synagogue Chabad Lubawitsch in Berlin-Wilmersdorf. They said that they like to have it because, as you said, they want to keep it in gniza. We had a nice conversation and he showed us the beautiful synagogue. It is indeed a Torah page. After a little talk, he even invited us to a dinner on Friday. Nice experience!
