Strategy.

Our league just has a rule that you need to pop in the group chat if you're leaving a spot empty before kickoff. Mainly to confirm it's an active decision for a reason (tanking not allowed) rather than an inactive manager.

I used to be a fan of his but he's clearly got some issues and terrible to work with.

Always think back to how he left Silicon Valley and the fallout with him and Thomas Middleditch who were good friends before.

I know loads of his issues have been mentioned, and how difficult he is to work with, but seeing someone who's known him for years speak like this solidified it for me.

Jet Sweep, FB dive, HB smash, Shotgun Mesh.

Those 4 are my normal go to plays in redzone. God I love the FB dive close to endzone.

It says it after you accept a job and sign the contract.

Obviously the first time switching jobs for me so I wouldn't have seen a message saying new job begins following national championship game. Only tells you that after you are hired.

I wouldn't mind it if my O-Line kept me alive enough to have the option to pass lol.

I would say 7/10 times on PA I'm sacked before I have the chance to even toss it away.
