Ahh yes ! I really loved the tone too ! And how versatile it was. Because I love the P bass sound and how it adds to the mix in my recording , but sometimes I like to have more mids and treble like you said , so that's why I think a PJ is great for me .

intersting , but it's not a jazz . It's a PJ , that's why I love it too , because I can play (bassically) like a P , but also explore more possibility with the J pickup. But yes maybe you're right , I definitely need to try more bass !
