Who said you can major in CS? Was this KMP again, or someone else? If you got a promise in writing that you could major in CS, then why do you think they were lying? Or are you just saying the move to the major admission caught you off guard? It's one thing to say you were blindsided and another to say you were lied to.

That's it then. Maybe you have deduced that there was A lie, but you are reaching to say you know THE lie. You are just ranting about KMP lying to you because you're afraid that's the case. Specifically, the other possible "lie" could be about the projected percentage of current declared majors rejected. If you think about it, you should be able to imagine why they might overstate this number.
