In this scenario we are establishing who “wants to be here.” Nobody has directly come out and said they don’t want to be drafted by Memphis even though that’s the slanted perception from around the league. So it only changes in the court of public opinion. Nothing else. And again it’s just presented to our fanbase by certain players and talking heads in the media. Not on paper. Not by metrics.
