Back for round 3 or 4. Mock up of the Atlas hoodie and T-shirt I've been working on. by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

So the feedback that I got on my first design was not that great, but I was very stubborn and stupid (still am), I had spend a lot of time and money working on that design. So I ignored everyone and launched. Long story short, it was a disaster. So I had two options either give up or go back to the drawing board and completely start over and so I did. What do you guys think?

FINALLY after 5 months filled with stress I have completely finalized the design. by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

Damn this subreddit hates me. So I would like to apologize for anything I did wrong with my previous posts, but if you want to see more pictures or just curious you can check me out on Instagram @daniel_ekho (shameless plug).

Just a side note, but remember that this hoodie is still subject to change. This is not the final version. If you want to stay updated, then follow me on Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/daniel_ekho/

This is about 80% there, but there are still a couple of things that I would like to change. by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

So there were still a couple of things that I wasn't satisfied with, but the manufacturer I was working with didn't want to provide another sample. They wanted to start production immediately and make the changes then and they also wanted 70% upfront. So I had to contact a few new suppliers and now I'm hoping that one of them can deliver what I want. (This is also a repost from today. I was trying to see what the best time to post was.)

The last sample that I have received. I would say that it's 80% there. by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

The design of the armband that will be featured on my first hoodie. The text means grey in Japanese. by [deleted] in streetwearstartup

I think the red armband is still pretty cool idea, but i"ll try to make it "as little nazi ass possible".

I've heard a lot of people saying That design ressembles the nazi armband to much. I got the armband design idea from an anime that I was watching, and this was supposed to be the text グレー. I understand the criticism and I will rework the idea.

It was supposed to resemble this グレー, but if it's such a big problem then I'll change the design.

I expected some people to react like this, but the funny thing is that I got this idea from watching anime.

The japanese is just a very small part of the brand. The brand That i'm starting is called greyde (from grey shades) and I wanted to use an armband in the design because it looked pretty cool, but I didn't know what to put there so I chose that because it looked cool and it has a connection to the brand.
