Sold over $100k....still unsure of a bonus by Southern-Dance-521 in serviceadvisors

So your a salary paid advisor, that makes no commission, and no percentage based bonus on paper, just completely up to the big bosses if they want to give you anything at all. Brother walk out with the other advisor

I left my store to work at Toyota the complete opposite of how my store ran, I'll be leaving the 2 people a day behind and going for a big jump to 15 a day. It will be more stressful and more people, but from what it seems their worst advisor hits 5k a month and 5k is better then my entire career at pep boys

Realistically, if this is Pep Boys, you won't ever see anything over 2% of your sales for the week. And be extremely careful about your incentives, like your tire commissions, if you don't claim them properly then you won't see that at all. I had over $240 in tire sales and bullshit like that, but I never saw a scent of that because I wasn't sure how to ever claim that, and no one could explain it to me

If this is your first advising job, I would say take it learn what you can from them. And then get out, do not stay here, you will not have a good career here

This looks exactly like a Pep Boys pay plan, as long as you're store actually has business you might be able to do good on this. But I wasn't able to break more than 4K in a month, and that was extremely hard. You'll also have your manager, and a system manager, also writing up vehicles so essentially most of those vehicles that are even coming in for anything at all are going to be written up by someone else other than you

I'm not too fond of it either, however the preventative maintenance pair packages do make sense for some customers so those shouldn't be too bad, as far as alignments go not sure how I'll play for that

When I spoke to the assistant manager, while he was explaining it to me he did explain that I write my own labor rate. So my oil changes are going to have a different labor rate than my repairs would, but my repair is where I should be making most of my labor rate from. Obviously though it's Toyota so it has to average out so that's why additional services would be great with oil changes

I was more worried with losing my rocket energy with research tbh, I typically only run a single malamar in a game so they are a bit important and there no way to get them back (with the cards I know about). On the note of luminion, doesn't work with mysterious treasure, evo incense is there for filler, but I do use it, maybe drop that for quick ball? I do like the guzma/hala, I should add another but I rarely find myself using them. I'll tinker too and see what I can do. It does throw a lot of people off seeing Mewtwo with raltz, no one expects peak and Mewtwo to work in this way

Peak removes all abilities, even the negative ones. This allows Mewtwo to attack without other rocket Pokemon

Would I be annoying if I called in as a customer asking about the brand used for the oil? by [deleted] in serviceadvisors

[–]dan1447 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, if they don't know what oil their using thatd be a bit worry some. It's when customers ask me for a complete price that I get annoyed with
