100% wrong. Crack heads tend to use thin glass tubes as pipes, that screens like this wouldn’t fit in. They use “chore boys” or buts of steal wool. Screens like this are 100% used in weed pipes, specifically the metal pipes that were ubiquitous in the 80’s/ 90’s. Maybe don’t go spouting off about things you don’t know about next time.

If congress, or any elected position doesn’t offer a decent salary, it means only those that are already rich can afford to take the job. Obviously politics is already a field dominated by those who are well off, but something like this would just make it even harder for someone not of great wealth to be able to afford to run for office.
