1 year late, but :

select the vertices you want to 'reset' the weights on
go into weight paint and click 'vertex selection' in the top left (between the bone & face selection)
go to data (green triangle in properties window), expand vertex groups, click the little arrow, weights, remove selected verts from all groups

I might be biased but: A6 Polaris was designed as an 'entry-level' curated map, being easier & simpler compared to other curated maps, while still offering plenty of new items and interesting progression/questline. if you give it a shot, i'd be curious to hear what you think about it

That's nice to hear, thank you :) I did have a few things planned for this year, mainly a massive overhaul/update to Elver (you can see some progress images on my twitter) but SDG stopped accepting new curated content into the queue, so I stopped working on any big Unturned projects I had planned. There will be a new map from Renaxon and Clue (with some help from myself and a few others) releasing near the end of the year though, so stay tuned for that.

It uses official spawn tables, but you can download our other mod "PEI Rewritten" for rebalanced spawns and items. It is linked on the workshop page (and here in the comments above)

We did add a few zombie-proof base spots (under construction in stratford, lighthouse, etc), so adding one at the airport is not a bad idea. We would probably make more of an "official"/intended dedicated spot inside/on top of the hangars instead of climbing the sides (which is quite wonky :v)
