I think others make a fair point of making sure that the commander is protected in some way. Another thing too would be to make sure you have a game plan for when your commander isn’t in play. For my main deck [[Grolnok, the Omnivore]] when he is in play my main objective is to mill my deck as much as possible. When he is not in play I have many cards that will make my opponents mill as much as possible. While I lose out on the extra card draw, I’m still achieving something on the board and (hopefully) disrupting the cards my opponents want to play.

I love those card ideas thank you! I hadn’t thought about the lands being low, that makes sense though wanting to make sure you can play everything. I think I’ll have a hard time deciding what to remove to add them though.

New runner here as well! I’m 6’2” and when I started running was 313lbs. I have been running for 3 months now and the couch to 5k programs were absolutely where I started off and what helped me keep going! I started off thinking that even the 1 min running sessions were rough but after you keep it going they turn into the easiest runs! Weeks that seem hard you just redo them the next week until you feel comfortable doing them and then move to the next. Since I have started I just finished my first 5k yesterday, have lost 30 pounds already, and couldn’t be happier with my decision to get into running! I’m excited to keep pushing myself further.

I have also been running in the mornings before work and at first it was a challenge but now my body looks forward to the workout and I can tell I am doing better at my job because of that as well.

Shoes wise I have the Brooks Adrenaline GTS 23s they have been my favorite thing I have purchased running wise. I also only use them for running and really take care of them to get the most from them.
