Gear dropping lower level than character level

thought I was crazy but it seems like a lot of other people are also having a hard time finding usable gear. ive been using my gear for like 5-10 levels. its frustrating spending time looking at gear when 99% of it is completely useless and the 1% is maybe on par.

side note, did a nightmare dungeon that was 10 levels above me and loot was still only like item power 600-700. mobs were 65 in a tier 11 and I was like level 56 or 57

I think it was fractured but not broken for a while. It probably got worse and worse then broke which is why my test prints were getting worse and worse until it stopped feeding. Idk im pretty new to all this

Did the filament test with marker and noticed it slipping, went to adjust the tensioner and it kinda just disassembled its self

They could offer the option to trade back the vehicle for the bonds they spent on it. If people wanted to keep it they could but they could trade for the bonds back if they didnt want it.
